So They Say는 2005년 6월 Fearless레코드의 EP 앨범으로 데뷔 하여 활동 중인 밴드이다. 작년 여름 Midwest Warped 투어 쇼 공연 이후로는 Amber Pacific, The Junior Varsity, Receiving End Of Sirens, Lorene Drive, A Change Of Pace 등과 투어 공연을 해 오고있다. 이 앨범은 11월에 풀 사이즈 데뷔 앨범으로서 녹음된 앨범으로서, Armor For Sleep, Thrice, The Starting Line의 팬들이라면 당연히 좋아할 것이다.
